Thanks for visiting. The purpose of this site is to give you, as local residents, the opportunity to read about and comment on our proposals for 706-720 High Road, Goodmayes - which you may know as the old Homebase building and car park.
Hadley Property Group and Clarion Housing Group have formed a partnership which will deliver a new residential-led development for Redbridge. Our plans will include a new public square, landscaped green spaces, improved connections for pedestrians and cyclists and much-needed new homes for Londoners.

The old Homebase building has stood empty for the last 18 months, and we want to do something in the space which will be useful for you as residents of Goodmayes. Our charity partners at Space Generator are looking after the space for the next two years, and have a number of great ideas to tell you about shortly. A Digital-First Approach to Engagement
We have had to put our plans for a physical exhibition and drop-in events on hold for a while, until government advice lets us know that it's safe to start talking face-to-face again. In the short term we have sought to make as much information as possible, in formats that are simple to read and allow you to feed back to us quickly and easily.
